Afroculture Media Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital and media services operated by Afroculture Media Inc., including but not limited to Afroculture, from Afroculture Magazine, events, podcasts, social media content, and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Afroculture Media Inc.
Afroculture Media Inc. is a Canada-based multimedia organization rooted in Afrocentric values and storytelling. We spotlight voices across the African diaspora and global Black communities through platforms like Afroculture.fm, Afroculture Magazine, and cultural events. Our mission is to celebrate identity, creativity, and connection by promoting authentic narratives that empower, inspire, and reflect the richness of Afro-descendant experiences worldwide.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old. By accessing our platforms, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property
All content published across our platforms—including images, logos, music, articles, audio, text, video, graphics, and branding—is the intellectual property of Afroculture Media Inc. or its respective content owners. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

By submitting any content (e.g. music, images, bios), you grant Afroculture Media Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, stream, promote, and display the material across its platforms and marketing channels.

4. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
Music submission and airplay on Afroculture.fm
Artist and business promotions (online and offline)
Event and birthday shoutouts
Editorial and media content representation
Online advertising and digital campaigns
Podcast features and interviews
All services must be paid for in full upon order unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments and Refunds
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards
PayPal
Direct Bank Transfer (upon request)
Refunds are only issued if Afroculture Media Inc. cannot deliver a paid-for service. There are no automatic subscriptions unless expressly stated.

6. Third-Party Content
Our platforms may include links to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these websites or platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability
Afroculture Media Inc., its affiliates, directors, staff, or partners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

8. Indemnification
Using our platforms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afroculture Media Inc. from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from using the Services or violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law
The Province of Ontario, Canada’s laws shall govern these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified via email or a notice on our platforms.
